At Aloha Sewing Company, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the policy below for information about returns, refunds, and digital products.

Digital Sewing Patterns (PDF Sewing Patterns)

All digital PDF sewing pattern purchases are final sale.

Because digital patterns are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once the purchase has been completed.

This includes purchases made by mistake, changes of mind, or situations where you no longer need the pattern.

Having Trouble With Your Download?

If you have purchased a digital pattern but are having trouble downloading, opening, or accessing your files, please contact us. We will do our best to help you access your purchase and resolve any technical issues.

Please have your order number available when contacting us so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Physical Products

For physical products, we accept eligible return requests made within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Be unused and in its original condition

• Include the original packaging, where applicable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.

Please contact us before sending a physical product back. We will provide any necessary return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to receive exactly what you ordered and in good condition.

If your physical order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the item and the issue, if applicable.

After reviewing the details, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
